It translates words to cavemen sounds.
an example is "what/huh?" becomes "hm?"
large words like "supercalifragilisticexpialidocious" are shortened. The way we do this is by taking the definition and using that, like how "supercalifragilisticexpialidocious" is a nonsensical phrase used for excitement, we would do an excitement phrase.
also "ooh ooh ahh ahh" is "My name is"
Names are dumbified. like "Gavin" is "Gabin", "lacey" is "lasy" and "Joshua" is "josc-ooh-ah"
ooh for long O, oh for oh, and ooooh for very long o (very long o is similar to how we would say oooooooh, as in surprised or excited)
