Latin Tag Letters Converter

e.g. A ({41}) -> 󠁡 ({E0061})

Converts all Latin (A-Z) to their respecitve counterparts from the Tag Latin Unicode block. For the purpose of dynamically creating flag emoji, "<" converts to 🏴 and ">" converts to 󠁿 (Cancel Tag, U+e007f)
