Pokélatin Translator

Puts “Poké” at the start of every word greater than 2 letters. If a word already starts with “Poké”, the “Poké” in the word is replaced with “Pika”. If a word starts with “Pika”, the “Pika” in the word is replaced with “Pokè”.
