- it only supports lowercase text. to turn text into all lower case, you can use these websites: https://convertcase.net/ and https://www.unitconverters.net/case-converter.html. you can precede whatever letters you put in upper case with * to not forget
- put a space separating special characters and words (special characters being ,:;-¡!¿?"()[] and anything else that is not a letter). the period is fine. I'm aware of how cumbersome this is, but mistakes WILL happen if this isn't done
